Services are by appointment only. If you call and get voicemail, please leave a message. Therapy sessions are not interrupted to answer the phone in order to maintain positive massage experience. Your phone call will be returned as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy:
While emergencies do occur from time to time, please know that your appointment covers a time slot. Let us know ahead of time of any problems will allow us the ability to offer that time to another client. We request 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late Policy:
If you are late for your appointment, we may need to shorten the session due to other appointments scheduled as well. If we are late, you will receive your full time or the option to reschedule.
No Show Policy:
Due to the extensive travel involved, please notify us if you are not going to be available to attend your appointment. The first time we will give notice and attempt to work with you. The second time, you will be asked to pay for 50% of session. Any time thereafter, you will be billed at the full price of the session.
